Table Olives
We provide olives in brine and vinegar and in the following standard marinades:
- herbs and garlic
- chilli and garlic
- lemon, fennel and garlic (Ligurian style)
Our most popular varieties include Manzanillo, Kalamata, California Queens (also known as UCs) Sevillano and Green Jumbos. Availability can depend on seasonal factors.
Our award winning Ligurian style olives use Leccino, Pendelino, Frantoio or Corrigeola olives.
We are finding many people are now asking for a mix of different olives. As well as providing a contrast of flavours, the mix is visually appealing with olives of different colours and sizes. This mix of olives are sold as Salad Blend.
Standard Packaging – 300 ml and 10 L (7 kg) dry weight) pails, 125 gm,vacuum sealed packs.
