How to order
Step 1 :
Register as a Wholesale customer
Send us a Wholesale Enquiry to request access. We’ll set you up and issue your secure password.
Step 2 :
Browse & order online
Use our exclusive online order form to select your products in the quantities you need.
Step 3:
Confirmation delivery details
We’ll review your order and confirm availability, delivery costs, payment details, and estimated delivery time.

Payment terms
Payment is required prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed
Payment options will be confirmed during order confirmation.
Order fulfilment
Most orders are fulfilled within 5–7 days.
We will confirm expected delivery time after we receive your order.
Note: All products are subject to seasonal availability.
Delivery
We aim to personally deliver local orders free of charge.
If not possible, we’ll use Australia Post and advise you of shipping costs.
Shelf life
Our practice is to package to order rather than for stock, ensuring that products are delivered with the maximum feasible shelf life, as determined by our Code of Practice, lab tests and generally accepted standards.
Product Shelf Life Examples:
Olives - tec paks: 6 months
Olives - jars: 12 months
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: determined by lab and organoleptic tests but no more than 24 months from the date of processing
Infused and flavoured oils: generally no more than 12 months
Caramelised Balsamic: at least 24 months
